Leave a spot.
Get paid in seconds.
Report your parking spot when you pull out. The driver who claims it pays you in ETH, settled instantly to your wallet.

Open, priced live Taken Hover an open space
30% of downtown traffic is hunting for a spot somebody else is about to leave.
The information exists. It just never changes hands. Parking Karma prices the handoff, so the spot moves to the driver who wants it most, and the person leaving gets paid for the tip.

Fair questions
Tap Leaving when you pull out. When a driver claims your spot, their payment settles straight to your wallet, usually in a few seconds. There is no payout schedule and no minimum balance.
No. The app creates a self-custody wallet on your phone the first time you open it, and you can fund a claim with a card. You can export your keys or move your balance out any time.
Whatever that block is clearing at right now, typically 0.0005 to 0.0015 ETH, roughly $1.30 to $4.00. The full price is shown before you claim, and the reporter keeps 96% of it after the 4% platform fee.
No. ETH is used here as a payment rail for small instant transfers, nothing else. Balances are not invested, staked, or lent, they earn nothing by sitting still, and we make no promises about the price of ETH. Nothing on this page is financial advice.
Payment only settles when the claiming driver confirms the space was real. A bad report earns nothing, costs the reporter their standing, and repeat offenders are delisted from the market.
No. We log a departure point when you tap, not a route, and nothing runs in the background. Wallet addresses are not linked to your identity on the public ledger.
Stop circling. Start settling.
Every spot you report is money in your wallet and one less car going around the block. Open the app and try the market in demo mode.
From pulling out to paid, in about 90 seconds
One side of the market is leaving. The other side is arriving. Here is the whole journey for both, down to the second, with nothing hidden in the fine print.
Reporters earn. Claimers park.
Five taps on one side, four on the other. Every step below is the full extent of the work involved.
-
1. Tap Leaving as you pull out
One tap, two seconds. The app grabs your curb position from the tap itself, not from tracking you around town.
-
2. The block prices it
The market checks live demand on your block and lists the spot at the clearing rate. You never haggle and never wait for a buyer to bid.
Elm & 3rd right now: 0.0011 ETH ≈ $2.93 -
3. A driver claims it
On busy blocks this usually happens before you reach the corner. The claimer's payment is locked in escrow the moment they tap.
-
4. Your departure is verified
Your phone's movement signature, the ordinary arc of a car pulling away, confirms the space really opened. No cameras, no plates, no photos.
-
5. Paid, instantly
96% of the listed price settles to your wallet, usually in seconds. No payout day, no minimum, no invoice.
0.0011 ETH listed → 0.001056 ETH to you ≈ $2.81
-
1. Open the map
Every open space near your destination, seconds old, each with its live price in ETH and dollars. No guessing which block might clear.
-
2. Claim it, price locked
You see the full total before you tap. Once claimed, the price cannot move on you and the reporter cannot sell it twice.
Typical claim: 0.0006 to 0.0013 ETH -
3. Drive over, held ten minutes
The spot shows as claimed to everyone else while you drive. Ten minutes is enough for any spot worth claiming.
-
4. Park, and it settles
When you arrive and confirm, your payment moves to the reporter. If the space was never real, it never leaves escrow.
What happens in the 90 seconds
A typical handoff on a busy Fairview block, timed end to end. Quiet blocks run slower, stadium nights faster.
Reported
You tap Leaving. The listing is live before your reverse lights come on.

Claimed
A driver two streets over taps Claim. Their payment locks in escrow.
Verified
Your movement signature confirms a real departure. No cameras involved.
Paid
Escrow releases. 96% of the price lands in your wallet, settled.
Proof without surveillance
The market only works if spots are real. Here is how we know they are, without watching anyone.
Movement signature
A car pulling out of a space produces an unmistakable arc of motion on the reporter's phone. That arc, plus the tap's timestamp and curb position, is the entire proof. It cannot be faked from a couch.
No cameras, ever
We never see your plate, your face, or your route. Verification is math on motion data that is discarded after settlement, not imagery of a street.
Escrow until confirmed
The claimer's payment sits in escrow until they confirm the space was real. Money only moves when both sides of the handoff actually happened.
Phantom spots cost the reporter. A report that fails verification pays nothing, and the reporter's karma score drops. Three phantoms and the account is delisted from the market. Honest reporters never notice any of this exists.
Run the whole loop in demo mode
Report a simulated spot, watch a driver claim it, and see the payout settle. Ninety seconds, zero real money.

Money in, the moment a claim confirms
Your balance is a running total of settled payouts minus claims and cash-outs. Every line in the feed is one settled transfer, and every figure carries its dollar equivalent at the displayed rate.
- Payouts are push, not pull. When a claim confirms, 96% of the listed price is pushed to your wallet. There is nothing to request, sweep, or approve.
- No payout day, no minimum. A 0.0006 ETH payout settles exactly like a large one: immediately, on its own.
- Claims come out of the same balance. Spend what you earn at the curb, or top up with a card when you are new in town.
Why it lands in seconds
The whole point of using a ledger for this is that value moves at the speed of the handoff.
Settled, not pending
When the feed says received, the transfer is final. There is no three-day hold, no clearing window, and no processor who can claw it back later.
Gas is batched
Payouts are bundled so network costs stay a rounding error on a two-dollar transfer. The small network fee is always itemized, never buried in the price.
USD alongside, always
Every amount is shown in ETH and in dollars at the displayed rate, so you never do exchange-rate math at the curb. This demo pins the rate at $2,665 per ETH.
Your keys, a pseudonymous address
The wallet is yours in the strict sense, and it says nothing about you on the ledger.
The app generates your keys on your phone the first time it opens. We never hold them, never see them, and cannot move your balance. Export the keys any time and take the whole wallet to another app; Parking Karma keeps working with it either way.
- Keys live on your phone, backed up however you choose.
- Export any time, to any standard wallet app.
- We cannot freeze it. Delisting a bad actor stops new listings, not their balance.
Your payouts go to an address like 0x8f3a…c21e. On the public ledger that address is not linked to your name, your plate, or your parking history. We link it to your account internally, and to nothing else, so a stranger reading the chain sees small transfers between anonymous curbs.
- No name on chain. The address is the whole identity.
- No location trail. Transfers carry amounts, not street corners.
- One link only: address to account, for payouts and support.
Leave whenever you like
A balance you cannot easily take out is not really yours. Ours takes three taps to leave.
To any external wallet
Paste an address or scan a QR code and send any amount, up to the whole balance, to any standard wallet. The only cost is the network fee for that single transfer, shown up front, typically a few cents. There are no withdrawal fees from us, no minimums, and no lockups.
Or to a linked bank
Prefer dollars in a checking account? Link a bank once and convert your balance at the displayed rate. Conversions are quoted before you confirm, and you can keep any split you like between the wallet and the bank.
Small print, said out loud
Your keys restore from the backup you chose when the wallet was created, on any new phone. Your karma score and history restore with your account. If you skipped the backup, the app nags you about it precisely because we cannot recover keys we never had.
No, and that is deliberate. Balances are not invested, staked, or lent. The wallet is a place money passes through on its way between drivers, not a place it grows. If you want the value out, cash out.
Payouts arrive with gas already covered by batching. When you cash out to an external wallet, you pay the network fee for that one transfer, itemized before you confirm, typically a few cents.
Yes. Point your payouts at any address you control instead of the built-in wallet. The built-in one exists so that someone who has never touched crypto is earning within a minute of installing.
Watch a payout land in real time
The demo app runs the same wallet with simulated money. Report a spot and watch the balance tick up.
The whole grid, priced by the second
Fairview's downtown grid, live. Fifty-plus spaces flipping between taken and open, each opening priced by demand on its block. Filter, tap a space, see its card.
Demo data, illustrative prices | Spaces flip live, tap one for its card
No open spots match these filters right now. They flip fast; give it a few seconds.
Elm St & 3rd
0.0009 ETH
Claiming holds it for 10 minutes while you drive over. Price is locked the moment you tap.
Claim in the appWhat the pins are telling you
Gradient outline means open
An outlined space is claimable right now at the price shown on its card. Gray means a car is in it, and it may flip open at any moment.
Prices differ block by block
Two spaces a street apart can clear at different prices, because demand is different a street apart. Dock St on a ferry morning is not Kings Row at noon.
Age matters
A spot opened ten seconds ago will still be there when you arrive. One opened three minutes ago is a coin flip on a busy block, and the price usually says so.
Claim one for pretend money
The demo app runs this same grid with a simulated balance. Tap a spot, claim it, watch the hold countdown.
One fee. The market does the rest.
Parking Karma takes 4% of each payout, and that is the entire business model. Spot prices themselves are set by drivers, block by block, in the open.
4% of each payout, nothing else
The claiming driver pays the listed spot price. The reporter keeps 96% of it. We keep 4% for running the market. Network gas is batched and itemized separately, typically a few cents.
| Scenario | Report price | Driver pays | You keep (96%) | USD to you |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Quiet block | Port Alden side street, 2pm | 0.0006 ETH | 0.0006 ETH ≈ $1.60 | 0.000576 ETH | ≈ $1.54 |
| Average block | Fairview, Elm & 3rd, weekday | 0.0009 ETH | 0.0009 ETH ≈ $2.40 | 0.000864 ETH | ≈ $2.30 |
| Stadium night | Meridian Bay, Dock St | 0.0015 ETH | 0.0015 ETH ≈ $4.00 | 0.001440 ETH | ≈ $3.84 |
USD equivalents use this page's illustrative rate of $2,665 per ETH. Live prices float with demand; these three rows are typical, not promised.

Everything
The whole product. Reporting, claiming, instant settlement, the live map, the wallet, cash-outs.
- Unlimited reports and claims
- Instant payouts, no minimum
- Cash out to any wallet or bank
Priority alerts
For commuters who fight the same block every day. Cancel any time, effective immediately.
- A push the second a spot opens on blocks you follow
- Up to five followed blocks
- A ten-second head start before the map shows it wide
The block sets the price, not us
Spot prices are a live clearing rate, recomputed as demand shifts. Three things move them.
Demand right now
More drivers hunting a block than spots opening on it pushes the rate up. When the game lets out, Dock St clears at triple its Tuesday rate, and reporters get paid accordingly.
Supply next door
Six openings on the next street cap what anyone will pay on yours. The market keeps neighboring blocks honest with each other automatically.
Nothing else
No surge multiplier we control, no premium zones we invented, no per-user pricing. The same open spot costs every driver the same amount at the same moment.
The list of other charges
It is short because it is empty. For the record:
- No listing fee. Reporting a spot never costs anything, even if nobody claims it.
- No claim fee. Drivers pay the listed price, plus itemized network gas of a few cents. Nothing on top.
- No withdrawal fee. Cash out to any wallet or bank; you pay only the network's own transfer cost, shown first.
- No minimums, no lockups. A single payout can be cashed out the second it lands.
- No spread on conversion. Bank conversions use the displayed rate, quoted before you confirm.
- Priority alerts is optional and cancelable in one tap, effective immediately.

Reporting and payouts
Tap Leaving when you pull out. When a driver claims your spot and the departure verifies, their payment settles straight to your wallet, usually in a few seconds. There is no payout schedule and no minimum balance.
96%. The platform fee is 4% of each payout and it is the only fee we charge anyone. A spot listed at 0.0009 ETH pays you 0.000864 ETH, about $2.30 at this page's illustrative rate.
No. The app creates a self-custody wallet on your phone the first time you open it, and you can fund a claim with a card. You can export your keys or move your balance out any time.
The listing simply expires after a few minutes and nothing happens. Reporting is free, so an unclaimed report costs you nothing except the tap. On live blocks, unclaimed reports are rare.
Finding and taking a spot
Whatever that block is clearing at right now, typically 0.0005 to 0.0015 ETH, roughly $1.30 to $4.00. The full price is shown before you claim, and the reporter keeps 96% of it after the 4% platform fee.
Ten minutes. While the hold runs, the spot shows as claimed to everyone else and the price cannot change on you. If you do not arrive in time, the hold lapses and the payment returns from escrow.
If someone off-app takes it before you arrive, mark the space as taken and your payment returns in full from escrow. You pay only when you actually park. The reporter is not penalized for off-app poachers, but phantom reports are a different story.
The app is built for a stopped car or a passenger. One tap claims, and voice confirmation covers the rest. Please do not thumb through a price list at 30 mph; the spot will still be there for the ten-minute hold.
Keeping the market honest
Payment only settles when the departure verifies by movement signature and the claiming driver confirms the space was real. A bad report earns nothing, costs the reporter karma, and repeat offenders are delisted from the market.
No. We log a departure point when you tap, not a route, and nothing runs in the background. Wallet addresses are not linked to your identity on the public ledger. There are no cameras and no plate scanning, by design.
No. You are paying for information and a head start, not for the pavement. Street parking remains public and first-come under the law, and signs beat pins every time. In practice, a ten-minute head start on a fresh opening is what wins the spot.
Money questions, answered plainly
No. ETH is used here as a payment rail for small instant transfers, nothing else. Balances are not invested, staked, or lent, they earn nothing by sitting still, and we make no promises about the price of ETH. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
Because a two-dollar payment between strangers needs to settle in seconds, cost almost nothing to move, and work without either side opening a merchant account. A shared ledger does that today. If a better rail appears, the product is the marketplace, not the coin.
Yes. Send your balance to any external wallet, or link a bank once and convert at the displayed rate, quoted before you confirm. No withdrawal fees from us, no minimums, no lockups; you pay only the network's own transfer cost.
Everything on this site uses one illustrative rate, $2,665 per ETH, so the examples stay consistent. A live service would show the live rate next to every figure, exactly the way these pages do.

Built by people who hate circling the block
Parking Karma started in 2025 in a double-parked hatchback on Meridian Ave, Fairview, while two of our founders argued about who saw the spot first. The fix seemed obvious: the person leaving a space knows something worth money, and the person circling would happily pay for it.
From one hatchback to three cities

Values we can be held to
Short enough to memorize, concrete enough to violate. Please tell us if we do.
A utility, not a casino
We move small payments for a real service. No yield, no tokens, no number-go-up marketing. If a feature only makes sense when prices rise, we do not build it.
Privacy is the product
No cameras, no plates, no background tracking. We verify departures with math, not surveillance, and we would rather lose a feature than gain a lens.
The market in the open
Prices are set by supply and demand that everyone can see, with one flat fee we publish. No black-box surge, no per-user pricing, no quiet spread.
Today a team of eleven runs the marketplace across three cities. Reporters earn ETH the moment a claimed spot is confirmed, drivers stop circling, and the curb gets a little smarter. We do not operate cameras, we do not scan plates, and we never plan to.

Eleven people, three open chairs
If you have strong opinions about parallel parking, we should talk.
Work on the curb layer
Small team, real streets, instant settlement. We hire people who have strong opinions about parallel parking and the patience to prove them on an actual block.
The shape of the team
Eleven people, no layers
Everyone ships, everyone takes support rotations, everyone has claimed a spot in the rain to test the flow. Decisions happen in the open and get reversed cheaply when the street disagrees.
Ship weekly, drive daily
Releases go out every Thursday. Whatever you built, you use on a real curb by Friday. Remote is normal; the Fairview garage office is there for people who like whiteboards and street noise.
Privacy is load-bearing
Every feature is designed against a simple test: would it survive us publishing exactly what data it touches? If not, it does not ship. This constraint is in the offer letter.

Name, one-liner, brand
- Name — "Parking Karma", two words, both capitalized. Never "ParkingKarma", never "PK".
- One-liner — the marketplace where drivers pay each other in ETH for parking spots.
- Longer — Parking Karma lets a driver report their spot when they leave; the driver who claims it pays them in ETH, settled instantly. Prices float with demand, block by block.
- Brand colors — violet #7C3AED, blue #2E6BF0, mint #10CFA0 on white. The gradient always runs violet to mint, left to right.
- Type — Inter Tight, tight tracking, white ground. Screenshots straight from the product are always fine.
- What we are not — not an investment product, not a parking enforcement tool, not a camera network. We appreciate headlines that resist all three.
- Assets — logo files, product shots, and founder photos on request.
The demo makes the best screenshot
Run a simulated report, watch the payout settle, and screenshot anything you like.
What we know, and what we refuse to
The short version: a tap, a departure point, a wallet address linked to your account and nothing else. Here is the long version, which says the same thing with headings.
1. What we collect
- Account basics — an email address and a display name. No government ID, no plate number, no photo.
- The departure point — the curb position of a report at the moment you tap Leaving, and the movement signature of the seconds that follow, used once for verification and then discarded.
- Marketplace records — listings, claims, payouts, and karma changes tied to your account, so both sides of a dispute can see the same history.
- Your wallet address — linked to your account for payouts and support, and to nothing else.
2. What we never collect
- Routes — location is read only while you actively report or claim. Never in the background, never while you drive around.
- Imagery — no cameras, no plate scanning, no photos of streets or cars. Departures are verified by movement signature, not by looking. We could not identify your car if we wanted to.
- Contacts, calendars, or anything else on your phone that is not listed in section 1.
3. The wallet and the public ledger
Payouts go to a pseudonymous address. On the public ledger, that address carries amounts and timestamps, not names or street corners. We link the address to your account internally so we can pay you and help you; we do not publish, sell, or share that link.
4. No selling data
Your reporting history is not for sale, not for ads, not for "partners". We make money from the 4% platform fee and the optional alerts subscription, and from nothing about you.
5. Retention and deletion
- Movement signatures are discarded after verification, typically within minutes.
- Marketplace records are kept while your account exists, because payouts are money and money needs a ledger.
- Deletion — delete your account and your history goes with it within 30 days. Your wallet is yours; deleting the account never touches your balance or keys.
6. Your choices
- Use your own external wallet instead of the built-in one.
- Export your marketplace history any time, in a format a human can read.
- Ask us what we hold about you at privacy@parkingkarma.example; the answer is short by design.
This page is part of a demonstration concept; this summary shows the policy such a service should ship with. It was last revised alongside the rest of this site.
The deal, in plain words
Terms should be readable in the time it takes a driver to claim your spot. These are.
1. What the service is
- A utility — Parking Karma moves small payments between drivers in exchange for timely information about parking spots. It is not an investment, does not pay yield, and holding a balance earns nothing.
- Information, not property — a claim buys a head start on a real opening, not ownership of public pavement. Street parking remains first-come under the law.
2. Marketplace pricing
- Prices float — payout amounts are set by the open marketplace, not by us. Busy blocks pay more. Quiet ones pay less.
- You always see the total first — the full price is displayed before a claim, and it cannot change during your hold.
- The fee — we retain 4% of each payout. Network gas is itemized separately at cost.
3. Honest reporting
- Report honestly — phantom spots get reversed, cost karma, and repeat offenders lose their account and their listings.
- Escrow protects claimers — payment settles only when the departure verifies and the claimer confirms. A spot that never existed never gets paid for.
4. Park legally
- Signs beat pins, every time — a spot being open does not make it legal. Hydrants, permits, street cleaning, and every posted rule apply exactly as if this app did not exist. Tickets are yours.
- Drive first — use the app stopped or as a passenger. One tap is the whole interaction on purpose.
5. You and your wallet
- You must be 18+ and able to drive legally where you use the service.
- Your keys, your responsibility — the wallet is self-custody. We cannot recover keys we never held, and we cannot move or freeze your balance.
6. The demo disclaimer
All figures on this site are illustrative, including every ETH amount and the pinned $2,665 per ETH rate. Parking Karma is a demonstration concept, not a live payment service or a financial product, and nothing on this site is financial or investment advice.
